  A hosted booking page at tilkbook.com/{your-slug}. Embed on your own site via a single script tag, deep-link straight to a service, or use the standalone page on social bios.

• Per-staff calendars and services

  Each staff member has their own hours, breaks, time-off, and service menu. Clients only see slots when a specific staff member is actually available.

• Calendar sync

  Two-way sync with Google Calendar, Outlook, iCloud. New bookings push to your calendar; busy time on your calendar blocks tilkbook slots.

• Payments and deposits

  Connect Stripe. Charge a deposit, full payment, or nothing at booking — per service. Refund and no-show policies are configurable.

• SMS and email reminders

  Automated reminder cadence per service. Custom message templates with merge fields (client name, service, time, location).

• No-show protection

  No-show fees auto-charge the saved payment method after the appointment window. Cancellation policies enforced at booking time.

• Intake forms

  Per-service intake forms — medical history for dental, conflict-check questions for legal, photo upload for hair. Required answers block confirmation until complete.

• AI phone receptionist

  Missed inbound calls are answered by a voice AI (via tilkai.com) that books appointments into the same calendar.

• Reporting and exports

  Bookings, revenue, no-show rate, and lifetime-value reports. CSV export of all data — your data is yours.
